KADG Audit Analytics
Your data.
Your tests. Clear exceptions.
Import client data, describe the exceptions you are looking for, and build an Excel exception report. Work with purchase orders, invoice registers, vendor masters and ledgers from Excel, CSV or text exports.
View KADG Audit Analytics on Microsoft Store ↗Keep client data local
Data, tests and reports stay on your computer. Client files are not uploaded to a cloud service or online AI.
Start with 30 ready-made tests
Check duplicate invoices, shared vendor PANs or bank accounts, date exceptions, split purchases, unusual postings and more.
Create rules in your own words
Use guided questions, point-and-click conditions or Excel-style formulas. Compare two files using a common column and reuse tests across clients and periods.
Handle real-world exports
Recognise header rows, Indian dates and amount formats while preserving codes with leading zeros. Work with exports from SAP, Tally, Oracle and other systems.
Review vendor data quality
Find missing information and PAN, GSTIN or IFSC format inconsistencies. Check whether a GSTIN contains the vendor’s PAN and identify state-code mismatches, with row-level explanations.
Build tests with offline AI
Ask AI to draft or revise a rule in plain language, or suggest analytics based on your file columns. Review its proposals before use. The local AI model requires an initial download: Fast (2.7 GB) or Better (5.6 GB).
Export reports for audit review
Get a sheet for each test with its criteria, source file, records tested and selected exception columns. Add auditee replies in Remarks. A summary shows exception counts and values, with SHA-256 fingerprints of the source files.
Getting started and subscription
A KADG Audit Analytics Monthly subscription is required; new subscribers get the first week free. Use Help → Get the sample data to practise. Check the Microsoft Store listing for current pricing and subscription terms.
Reusable tests and professional judgement
Keep your rules in My standard tests for the next client or quarter, and export them to share. Use checks for gaps, unmatched records, threshold breaches and Benford’s Law to identify exceptions for review. The results support your judgement and do not replace it.
